What we collect
When you send the quote form we receive the details you type in: your name, company, email address, phone number, country, the standard or service you ask about, the size of your organization and your message. We also receive the address of the page you sent the form from.
Why we use it
We use these details only to answer your request, prepare a quote and, if you become a client, to plan and carry out the audit. We do not sell your details and we do not use them for unrelated marketing.
Who else sees it
The website is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes the form request on our behalf. If your request concerns a service delivered with a partner certification body, we share the details needed for the quote with that body only after we have told you.
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests for as long as needed to answer them and to follow up. Client records related to certification are kept for the periods that certification rules require.
